Payment for Personal Training services can be made via any of the following:

  • Cash
  • Cashiers Check
  • Personal Check
  • Money Order
  • PayPal (including bank account / credit card transactions)

Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to
Tracey MacDiarmid.

Sign up with PayPal for the ability to send payments electronically.  Funds can
be transferred via bank account (debit card) and/or credit card.

Payment arrangements are available for package purchases.  Terms are
50% due at the time of first session with the balance due 30 days later.
Other terms may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.



New Client Personal Training Forms are now available online.  Please follow the
links below to access the .PDF forms.  All forms should be printed, completed in
full and signed where indicated.  Bring the paperwork with you to your first workout.
